Learn to use the F-keys. I used F1 for inventory and F3 for Prayer.
It’s easier with equipment like the Toxic Blowpipe. Make sure to set your weapon to Longrange.
While you don’t need high Prayer levels, having the extra Prayer points helps a lot. 70 Prayer is a good place to be.

In a situation with multiple enemies, it’s mostly a good idea to kill the Ranged monsters first, then if the bats are in range, kill them off, otherwise hug the ‘Italy’ rock and safespot the rest from there.
Jad follows a certain spawn pattern. This can be exploited by making it spawn at an easy location, which requires you to enter and exit the caves repeatedly until the spawn occurs. The videos in the link go into more detail.
Make sure there are no healers left out healing Jad when you are killing them. If Jad gets back to full health, the healers will spawn again.
Take breaks in between. You can pause the caves at any wave and resume from where you had paused it.
